What is a PES file?
PES is the embroidery file format used by Brother and Babylock machines (and readable by most embroidery software, including Embrilliance). It contains the actual stitch instructions — needle positions, thread colors, jumps, and trims — that tell your machine exactly how to sew a design.

Every conversion runs through an automated quality pipeline: underlay passes for stabilization, density-controlled fills, compound shapes with proper holes, stitch-length limits your machine can sew, and trimmed jumps.
